The Namib desert is a region of contrasts from coast to inland mountains to sand dunes.

A set of four stamps were issued on this region.

30c- Sossusviel- Dunes surronding Tsauchab river & Naukluft Mountains.

40c- Blutkuppe – Blutkuppe or blood hillock is a granite mountain.

65c -Homeb -Landscape around river Kulseb with acacia trees variety of Birds and dunes.

85c -Moon Landscape -Desert Canyon

Gazelle Oryx is featured on the cover.

Curacao (earlier known as Netherlands Antilles) is part of Netherlands. Willemstad is the capital of Curacao. The City consists of Four quarters. Punda , Otrobanda,Scharloo & Pietermaai smal.

Punda and Otrobanda are separated by St Anna Bay.

A set of three stamps were issued on 05 Feb 1975  on three Bridges across the St Anna Bay connecting Punda and Otrobanda.

30c -Queen Juliana Bridge- Four Lane Road Bridge

40c- Queen Wilhelmina Bridge- Draw Bridge.

On 16 Nov 1860 S S Truro sailed into Durban Bay Natal with 342 Indian on Board. They had sailed from Madras (now Chennai) port. A miniature sheet with one stamp of standard postage was issued on 21 Oct 2011 by South Africa.These workers were employed in the  Sugarcane fields to meet the requirements of booming Natal Sugar Industry.
