Goodwill returns policy

The good news is we provide a ‘goodwill’ returns policy offering an exchange, refund or credit note for most returns.

Check policy before you buy

You can only return non-faulty goods for an exchange or refund. It’s worth noting that online shops aren’t required by law to have a returns policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in October 2015) you (the buyer) have a statutory right to return something and get your money back if it’s faulty, fake, forged or tampered, but your entitlement for a return/refund will only be valid if it’s initiated within 15 days after your purchase date. You will be informed in advance about our refund/return policies when you checkout from our shopping cart. You can also contact us by mail to find more about our returns policy. If you paid by credit card, you also have extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

Items that can’t be returned

We have policies which stipulate that only non-faulty items will be accepted as returns. As long as items are unused and in perfect condition, not tampered with and are kept in their pristine form they are eligible for a return/refund.

How to initiate return

We only exchange or give you a return/refund if we find the returned goods or items in their pristine form and not tampered with. Initiating a refund or return is very easy and must be done within 15 days of purchase. While we try and credit back your account with refund within 7 working days it may take longer than that due to cross border transaction rules and regulations and we do not guarantee immediate or prompt credit back into your account. Here are a list of things we require before we can initiate a return/refund:

  • Purchase Invoice  Always keep your invoice we require it for order tracking.
  • The card you paid with  If you paid for an item on a debit or credit card, please mention it in your mail. This is especially important if you want a refund as its often credited back to the card you paid with.
  • Bank account you paid with  If you paid for an item by using net banking or wire transfer, please mention it in your mail. This is especially important if you want a refund as its often credited back to your bank account.
If you have no receipt

If you simply change your mind, than we have no legal obligation to accept your request or refund, should you return an item without a receipt. However, we may offer an exchange or credit note on our sole discretion, so its always worth asking. If your goods are faulty and you don’t have the receipt, you still have the same rights to a return, refund or replacement as under the Consumer Rights Act.
