Max Cards

This section deals with Maxim cards and picture post cards which have been issued in India by private collectors and India post. The rules OF FIP concerning display of Max Cards in broad sense are also given to assist collectors in their collections.
Maximum cards The FIP stipulates that for competitive exhibits in Maximaphily class the maximum cards should conform to the principles of maximum concordance between the Postage stamp, Picture post card and the Cancellation.
The postage stamp is to be affixed on view side and should be valid for postage, postage due ,revenues, pre cancels are forbidden. Can cover up to ¼ th the area of card.
Picture post card Must conform to Universal postal convention, square or rectangle available in market are acceptable provided two cards per A4 sheet (210x297mm ) can be put , cutting to conform to size is forbidden, multiple pictures with holograms are forbidden. All postcards fully reproducing the stamp i.e perforation, denomination , name of country etc are forbidden.
Cancellation must be provided by authorised postal service
