Overprints – Cessation of Nuclear Testing Cook Islands overprinted some of its stamps with a message ‘Tenth Anniversary Cessation of Nuclear testing Treaty’ . This was done on 25 july 1973 on Tenth Anniversary of Treaty Banning Nuclear Testing.
