A Beautiful set of Stamps on Costumes was issued by Spain from 1967 to 1970 under the theme Provincial Costumes.

The Third  Set of Four Stamps is shown . Each stamp is 6 PTA denomination.

A Article in INDIAN EXPRESS Newspaper was Published on International  Collectors’ Society of Rare Items  (ICSRI) . It was Founded in 1995 with Seven Members and now has 150 Life Members . Thirty of their members have found a mention in Limca Book of Records . The Secretary of the Society Mr Pratisad Neurgaonkar is a Collector of Postal Stationery of India printed since 1856 and has even written an excellent Book on Postal Stationery of British India 1856-1947.

Malaysia  issued a sheetlet on 01 Jan 2000 under the Theme ‘Celebrate The Millenium’ . It contains Second  10 stamps of 20 stamp series on Millenium. The themes on stamps are People of Sabah and Sarawak , Fishermen , Doctor ,Mother &Child , Ethnic Groups and Sports , Dancers ,Motorways Motorcycles , Towers, Airport , Computers , Shipping.

Ireland adopted the Euro from 1-1-2002. A PNC (Phila Numismatic Cover ) released by Ireland has the Irish One Pound Millenium Coin and New Irish one Euro coin of 2002. The Cancellation dated 31-12-2001 denotes the Irish  One Pound Coin and Cancellation dated 1-1-2002 denotes the adoption of EURO. Total 7000 covers issued.

Malaysia  issued a sheetlet on 31 Dec 1999 under the Theme ‘Celebrate The Millenium’ . It contains first 10 stamps of 20 stamp series on Millenium. The themes on stamps are Bird , Vase , Tree , Printing Press , Fish , Deer ,Elephant ,Knife , Tower , Sailing Boat.
