Stamp Booklet on Malaya University Malaya University was established on 08 Oct 1949 as a National institution for Higher Education in Malaya and Singapore. Its predecessors were The King Edwards College of Medicine (1905) and Raffles College (1929). A Booklet containing 10 Stamps was brought out to celebrate 100 Years of Malaya University.
