Great Britain issued a set of 12 stamps on 13 Oct 2011 on Heritage sites as an Alphabetical Odyssey. All stamps are IST Class Postage Rates. A FDC with stamps from A-F is shown below.

A Set of Four stamps was issued by Switzerland in 1947 to mark the Centenary of Swiss Federal Railways . The Four stamps are

5c – “Limmat” – The First Swiss Steam Locomotive

10c – Steam Freight Locomotive

20c – Electric Train crossing  Melide Causeway

30c -Railway bridge.

A stamp was issued by Thailand on 08 April 1994 on Australian Financed Laos – Thailand Friendship Bridge . The stamp shows the Bridge and Flags of all Three countries. Laos and Australia also issued Stamps on 08 April 1994 on this Bridge. It is a Bridge over River Mekong connecting  Nong Khai Province of Thailand with Vientiane in Laos.

A Stamp issued to commemorate the Coronation of KG VI shows the Monarch and a steam engine over Victoria Falls Bridge.

A Stamp was issued by Bahrain to mark the Inauguration of Shaikh Isa Bin Salman Bridge in 1997    . This Bridge connects the Capital of Bahrain – Manama with the Island of Muharraq .

A Pre Stamped Cover was released to mark The International Stamp Fair held in Essen in Germany in2000.

The Cover shows a rail wagon with stamp fair logo.

The Motif shows a train on the Gotzschtalbrucke.

Gotzschtalbrucke is the Largest brick bridge in the World and was built in 1846-1851 for the construction of the railway line between Leipzig and Nuremberg on Altenburg-Reichenbach Plauen-Hof. After completion, it reached a height of 78 m and a length of 574 m. The span of the largest arch is 30.9 m.

A FDC from Uruguay with stamp to commemorate 50th Anniversary of Army Engineers. The Cover shows a Railway Bridge and Cancellation shows a Train on Bridge.

On his return from Africa Gandhiji founded his first Ashram on 25 May 1915 at Kochrab Village in Ahmedabad and named it “Satyagraha Ashram”.

A Pictorial cancellation on Kochrab Satyagraha Ashram Smarak – Ahmedabad was introduced at Ellisbridge Post Office Ahmedabad on 30 Jan 1998.

Malaysia issued an Aerogramme in 2000 to commemorate the Fifth Edition of Tour De Langkawi Cycling Event. it was held from 25 Jan to 06 Feb 2000.The 15th Edition is scheduled to be Held from 01 to 07 Mar 2010 covering seven Stages and 1001 Kilometres.

A Stamp was issued on 21 Mar 2001 to Mark 1000th Anniversary of  Town of Solkan. This Town came into being in 1001. The Stamp Shows the Railway Bridge over Soca River in Solkan . It is a 220 metre long stone bridge. With an arch span of 85 Metres it is the Second longest stone arch in the World and the Longest stone arch among Train Bridges.

A Series on Millenium was relesed in 2000 by GB. It contains 48 Stamps in 12 sets of four  Stamps each. 12 FDC’s were also issued.The Sixth cover is on theme   ” People And Place ”  issued on 6-6-2000.  The stamps are
