Chief Post Master General Smt Shoba Koshi released a Special Cover on the Occasion of Queen’s Relay at Chandra Shekaran Nair Stadium, Trivandrum on 26-08-2010 and presented the first copy to Chief Minister of Kerala Shri V. S. Achuthanandan.
