Gurudwara Manji Sahib at Alamgir in Ludhiana is associated with the 10th Guru of Sikhs Shri Guru Gobind Singhji. He was helped in this village to escape the Mughals after the Battle of Chamkaur in a Palanquin or Manji .

A Special cover on this Famous Gurudwara was issued on 09 Oct 1976 during LUPEX 76.
