FDC – Namibia – Most Beautiful Stamp

A stamp issued by Namibia in 2003 showing Elephants on the Hoarusib River was voted the Most beautiful Stamp of the world in 2003 at the 8th Stamp World Cup held in Paris , France in 2003.
