APS Covers – India – Param Vir Chakra Series

APS (Army Postal Service) has issued Special Covers to honour those Brave men of Armed Forces who have been awarded the Nation’s Highest Gallantry Award – Param Vir Chakra.

FLYING OFFICER N J S SEKHON – PVC ( INDIAN AIR FORCE) – 14 DEC 1971

The Cover was released on the EVE of 50th Anniversary of Indian Air Force.

COVER ISSUED ON 07 Oct 1982 . CANCELLATION – 56 APO.
