India Stamps – Traffic Light – New Alignment Mark
A new type of alignment mark has been seen along with Traffic Lights on stamps printed at ISP, Nashik. NINETEEN (19) Issues of 2009 have this new type of alignment mark.
Old Type – one horizontal line ,one vertical line cutting the horizontal at 90* to divide into four quadrants and a circle in Centre.
New Type - A square divided into four quadrants by one horizontal and vertical line intersecting and a smaller square inside which is totally shaded black.

3 – Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration issued on 04/07/2009.
4 – Special Definitive On Gandhiji – issued on 02/10/2009.

8 – 60 Years of Commonwealth – Issued on 13/11/2009
9 – India – Philippines Joint Issue – Issued on 16/11/2009 – (1st Se-Tenant )
10-13 – Greetings (Set of 4 Stamps ) – Issued on 01/12/2009
14 – 2nd Lancers (Gardner’s Horse ) – Issued on 02/12/2009.
15-18 – Traditional Textiles – Issued on 10/12/2009 .
19 – Indian Mathematical Society – Issued on 27/12/2009
