APS Cover was issued on 24 Feb 2001 to mark the 12th Post War reunion of The Dogra Regiment. A Cover autographed by Lt Gen Surjit Singh the then Colonel of Regiment of The Dogra Regiment and Gen (then Lt Gen) N C Vij (Who later became Chief of Army Staff from 31 Dec 2002 to 31 Jan 2005).
