In India this hobby has grown despite the Dept of Post’s utter couldn’t-care-less attitude over the years. If you visit the Philatelic Bureaus in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong and compare them with what you see at the Parliament Street Bureau, one will be forced to hang one’s head in utter shame.
But, it is people like you, who encourage guys like me to introduce My grandson to this Prince of hobbies, just like My Mother did to me in 1948 when I was just 7 years old.
