The Special Cover has a hologram on Gandhi on left side and Rs 5 /- stamp with Special Cancellation on the Right .The Cover marks ‘International Day Of Non – Violence ‘ and has Photographs of Gandhiji ,Mother Teresa and Abraham Lincoln. The Cover is Priced RS 20/-
The Folder has the stamp and Hologram alongwith Quotations by well known personalities on Gandhiji.
The Cover and Folder were released by PMG , Chennai City Region.
