Personalised Stamps Joint Issue

Recently on our trip to Bilaspur duing August 2009 We came across a Thailand Personalized stamp with Gandhi 1948 31/2 anna and Rs 10/ Gandhi Stamp combination with Thailand Postage.
WE would like our readers to see this. Thailand post issued these personalized stamps during exhibition in Thailand reproducing 1948 Gandhi stamps of India. This was made available for a short duration and was made on demand of some individuals.Since it was not meeting the U.P.U norms, Thailand post stopped reproduction of personalized Gandhi stamps .
