India’s second Definitive Series issued on 26th. Jan.1955 on the occasion of 5th. anniversary of Republic Day.This series depicted the Five year Plans of India i.e.Agriculture & Multipurpose Projects, Cottage Industries, Health, Rare Earth, Industries, Transport & Communications, Total stamps in series are 18 & All 18 stamps are in single FDC are very uncommon.
