Description of first Philatelic Bulletin: -
India’s first Philatelic Bulletin folded in three folds i.e. one vertical & two horizontal making six equal parts or twelve faces front & back side all together.

Philatelic Bulletin issued by Director General of Indian Posts & Telegraphs. Bulletin designed by Administrative Intelligence room in New Delhi & printed at the Survey of India office (H.L.O.) Dehra Dun. Only 8000 copies were printed.
